Reigning HROS Carrie passes the vest onto Ellen  Ellen and Joel

Carrie, 1998's highest ranked female, bestows the new HROS vest on Ellen, the Highest Ranked Opposite Sex player in 1999. Joel managed to unseat Rob and is the first champion to actually fit into the Green Polyester Goodwill Jacket.
