You Make the Call!

Dave, Teresa, Beth, and Robyn are at the annoying windmill hole at Milpitas Golfland. Try as he might, Dave just can't seem to get the ball all the way up the hill and into the ramp; it just rolls back down right past him. What should he do?

1. Re-tee and count one stroke each time until he either makes it in or reaches six strokes
2. Chase the ball past the tee mat and play it from wherever it ends up
3. Re-tee each time and keep doing so until it finally goes in. Once it goes in, count just one stroke since play doesn't really start until you get the ball in play.
4. Ask Robyn to putt for him since she got the ball in on the first try
